I owe some money to my ex and it was on a personal guarantee and never in the contract did it say any lean it was just my word.now she filled Bankrupt and she gave them the papers,do I still owe this if it was just a personal guarantee??
why should i have to pay them /'
I have to of yet to get anything saying that I do or dont thanks in advance

It depends on how the contract was written, but you are probably responsible.

You must pay, because it was a personal guarantee. You are now a debtor to her creditor. Pay up or face the consequences.
