Basically you'd have your ring in the middle, and it would form concentric rings around the ring with the axis through the middle of the ring being the axis through the middle of the much larger ring of magnetic field lines.

And for comparison, on the right in the image, the look of a proposed black hole, complete with jets. Which is obviously a mistaken thing, since the structure actually looks more like an electrical toroid, where you've got a ringed electric current, and jets of particles top and bottom accelerated by the giant magnetic (toroidal) field. Think about it...

It's and electric universe, folks. An electric universe. No black holes, no neutron stars, just electricity, magnetism and cosmic plasma that happens to conduct both.

P.S. Ignore the rest of that domain name, it's garbage. A roommate showed it to me, and it seem a bit far-fetched. But the graphic was nice, so I like the graphic. Very nice toroid model.
