-The real heart of this series is its simulation mode, which guides the player through a circuit of increasingly difficult event-building up their cash, skill, and garage of cars all the while.
-As of july 23rd,2006 there have been four full Gran Turismo games released, two of those on Play Station, and two on Play Station 2.
-There are three Gran Turismo games currently in developement, two for Play Station 3, one for Play Station Portable.

Yes it's good but it's kind of hard because it's hard to control the cars.If you like action,fun,challenging,crazy,and wild games this would be great for you.
