You do neither...because that would be rude and inconsiderate of his feelings. He's probably already insecure about his size, and laughing and/or leaving would just reinforce it. Actually, many guys swell up considerably when erect, so a small penis size when it's flaccid (or "just hanging out") doesn't necessarily mean poor sexual performance potential.

I stayed, but afterwards it was very hard to shake him, he kept calling and tracking me down even though I moved overseas! We had a fun time and he really enjoyed it, pobrecito.... I hope he's with a girl who loves him!
