Your notation is wrong, again. Exponents and roots have a higher priority than multiplication and division, so if you want to represent the square root of 4/81, you have to use parentheses, like this: √(4/81). BTW, √(4/81)=2/9.

The square root (sqrt) of 4/81 is the sqrt of 4, divided by that of 81.

To solve number 2, factor out the largest perfect square factor of m^6, which is m^(some even number). You want the largest possible factor. For example, sqrt(x^4 * y^3) = x^2 * y * sqrt(y).
