Neither my husband nor I have pierced body parts, however, my tongue is pierced... and there is definately a noticable positive difference. ^_~

I'm male. My nipples and earlobes are pierced. It definitely adds to the stimulation when my wife manipulates the nipple rings. Tingles the goodies.

it depends. there are risks...it can either add stimulation or some unlucky people have the reverse affect...havent tried myself but thats what ive read and been told
