Skin colored thong. Or anything skin colored really, but a thong will help people not see the pantyline either. They're really not as uncomfortable as they might sound lol! I promise!

Or you can just get a pair of white or skin tone biker shorts to wear underneath, that's what I used to do when I wore a skirt. Now I just either avoid wearing white, or use a thong (even a non flesh colored one wouldn't show up as much, just don't go for real dark colors).

My sister told me to wear the underwear that I think are called boy shorts, the down side is they look like grany panties but because they're long they don't leave lines and well duh only wear white ones. Also a g-string would probably work well.
