How to use Yahoo! Messenger as audio-visual conference to take interviews of candidates located in India by a recruiter located in India.
1. All candidates in India have Yahoo IDs.
2. The London-Recruiter has Yahoo ID.
Please give a very detailed step-by-step guide to run an interview process to interview all candidates one by one. Audio-Visual interview with all candidates.

first open yahoo! messenger
second open the im window with the person you want to hold the confence with
third find the webcam button
then start interviewing

I would recommend hiring someone you trust in India to do the interviewing first, then let you choose which candidates you believe meet your criteria. Interviewing online may give you sight and sound, but it doesn't give you the insight into who the person you're talking with truly is.
