LOL my kids got the idea from Opera . Just make sure you have no lit sources near by. hair Spray seems to make a sticky substance and the quicker they flap them little wings of theirs the faster it hardens . LOL Has it worked lol i have to say it has . or you can go back to the nasty fly paper that hangs down and looks ugly or the little half slice of orange with bleach in it more works for fruit flys but it has worked for flys. So i would deff say hair spary #4 extreame hold lol . Just a quick answer .

Use a wet towel when it is flying (actually hopping). Also if you notice they love to hang around windows behind Venetian blinds. I think they are trying to get out. Sometimes if you just open the window they will fly out.

Open the freezer - convoy the fly in.
Close the freezer
.Open the freezer after 10-15 minutes
Enjoy the fly

Use jam. Flies like the fruits and sugar in the jam. Yet, the sticky consistence makes it more difficult for the flies to take off. You can then close the trap on them with a greater chance to kill them.

i hate flies i try my best to keep them out of the house usually just but a spray bottle fill up with water and spray on a bug numerous times then it dies, try something like perfume for better results

You chase it around until you catch it and then when and if you do catch it you throw it in your mouth and chew on it and tah dah!!
