I've heard certain treatments can be extremely painful if you shave to close to the appointment time. Is this one of them? Help!

It is usually safe to shave. And I'll let you in on a little secret...don't waste your money, a body wrap won't make you any slimmer. The only thing you are going to lose is water weight, you can achieve the same results by taking a water pill! The only way to truly lose fat is diet and exercise.

Don't shave just to be on the safe side. If they do a exfolation on your legs, it might be irritating to your skin. And don't worry the therapist seeing you with hairy legs, they see everything and it's their job.
