Exfoliate your butt in the shower. And you squeeze your pimple the same way as it would be on your face. You might want to get a close friend or a partner to help you, if it is a hard to get area.

Usually between 2 fingers, if you can reach it. It's probably not a pimple but an ingrown hair follicle that's gotten inflamed.
