Wouldn't you think any country with an army is potentially dangerous? Terrorist is another story- and that's a pretty silly statement, really. Israel exists in an uncvilized part of the world where being a different religion (or even a different sect within a religion) is grounds for murder. That kind of craziness and the problems it causes probably would not be solved by just having a really good debate team.
