I do not know you very well. I only read your questions at Yahoo Answers. I guess over time I could be your friend, but it would not be because of the money. I know that old saying about money and friends. That is only problem I would have about winning the lottery. Where are all my friends now?

I... would have to wait for you to approach me. I don't all of a sudden show up once someone has made the news. I give a polite nod, and leave them alone. They've got enough attention without having to deal with me too. I've made enough money, I don't need to brown-nose anyone for more. But, what people who suddenly come into money need, is peace and quiet. I'm here to let them have it, and treat them as my equal, just the same as everyone else.

I have had friends that have money and lets just say they are no longer friends for more than one reason. I am a pretty down to earth type of person and all my friends are too. If you don't fit the bill then you won't be "in the circle" whether you have a crapload of money or not.

Um, if you were a good person and didn't give me a reason NOT to be friends with you.
You'd still be just another person.
In fact, I might NOT want to be friends with you because of the money. You wouldn't ever have time for me, because there would be news cameras, and then everyone else calling you because they want to be your friend. You would be busy. Also, money might make you snobby.

Sure I would. It is human nature to try to get something for next to nothing. So, many people would claim to be your friend thinking they may get a piece of the action. It would be interesting. You could have like an audition for your best Friend. Wouldn't that be a hoot? Anyhow, I would be your friend little Miss Billionaire!
