Because all these factors come into play of making it { but } it can be done and the rewards are worth ever minute.

Never give up on your dreams if your wish to move in together go for it.

First off, how is moving in together supposed to help? I do believe that is a bold and fast move. A long-distance relationship takes commitment and sacrifices just as any other relationship. You both have to be willing to give and take where necessary. Distance does indeed make the heart grow fonder. Work to understand and deal with his work schedule. Enjoy your time together on the weekends. But don't make such a sudden move. Take your time.

The moving in question I think depends a lot on how long you've been dating, and if you're ready for that big a step. Otherwise, I suggest just making the weekends as fun as possible, and perhaps driving to where he works (if possible) to surprise him. Call lots, email, do whatever you can to keep in touch.
