Well, the permit you get when you are 15? Is that what you're asking about?
If so you need someone 21 or older in the car with you at all times, everyone needs seatbelts on (not just the driver), you can have NO alcohol in your system when driving. There is an 11 p.m. curfew Sunday-Thursday; midnight Friday and Saturday (local curfews may differ as towns might have their own rules) so you can't drive past then even with parental permission or with your parents or guardian in the car.
