"Morning" sickness is a misnomer. It can strike any time of day. Basically, being nausous or puking while you are PG. Keeping a little something on your stomache at all times (especially protein foods) can help to prevent it. Also, peppermints, peppermint tea, smelling peppermint oil, etc. helps. And some moms are helped by drinking ginger ale or eating ginger candy.

Morning sickness at the least could be just very mild nausea in the morning, or at its worst is nausea and vomiting for the entire 9 months which lands some women in the hospital. Time will what yours will be like...or if you even get it at all! About 40 percent of pregnancy women have no morning sickness at all.

Ah those lucky ladies! All the best to you.

Morning sickness is underated. It is not just morning. But it could be not at all either. It can be a belly ache all the way to severe vomiting.A lot of the times it is just a lot of nausea.

I've had very little at all. Mostly nausea and always hits after dinner sometimes in late afternoon. Nothing in the a.m. except if I accidentally gag myself with my toothbrush. Be sure to keep yourself hydrated, plenty of water and sometimes a little ginger ale. Keep a healthier snack that doesn't turn your stomach.
Saltines make me want to vomit, Carrots or graham crackers have kept my nausea at bay.
