U can get into lots of legal trouble for doing that.
If you don't have a title, then you cannot prove ownership.
The goods could be labeled as stolen.

Yes, just make sure you explain many times you don't have a title for it. That is perfectly fine.. make them go through the hassle of finding a title for it.

As long as you disclose the problem, don't expect to get top money, and it isn't stolen. Let the market decide if it's worth anything.
