I have a weird one...with my last baby (he's 3 now) i was told by my Dr. not to eat black licorice in the first 12 weeks..also don't get the AFP/Triple test....it's terrible and worthless unless you have risks or are over 35. I had a false positive and spend the next 6 mos thinking my son had down syndrome.

DO's
-use lots of lotion, stretch marks are not forgiving
-laugh and talk and sing alot, let your baby know your personality
-sleep as much as you can, don't count on alot after baby comes
-write down everything, first movement, first hiccups, everything
-eat healthy, its not just you anymore
DON'T's
-eat eat eat
-take medications without doctor's approval
-act like its nothing, a baby is everything
-overwork, overstress, over anything
Most of all, enjoy the nine months, you will never experience agian, every baby is different.
