Why Israel Army cannot effectively end up with terrorists?

Same reason the US Army can't: terrorists pay no attention to human rights or the laws of war. Western governments claim to observe these norms, although in fact war being hell (and George W. Bush being who he is, with a direct channel to God) they don't always.

On the other hand, the current battles represent an existential struggle: if the Israeli Army cannot, in fact, assure the security of Israel that country cannot survive. In the end, human rights norms may be a casualty of this war. If the US and Israel become like imperialist states of old and justify terror of their own by way of "shock and awe" they may, for a time, win the battles but lose their stature: the only thing that differentiates them from all those other states that torture, foster corruption and destroy incentives for honesty and public service -- and security of property.

In short: the IDF had better deal effectively with those who are terrorizing Israel or we're all in trouble. Amazingly, the Arabs who live on Israel's borders would seemingly rather live among terror and in a constant state of insecurity and war than accept any sort of compromise.

For every person you blow up, you get 3 new terrorists: his family.
Secondly: just give them back their land. If it's theirs or not.
Third possibility: open up all the borders. Tell around that EVERYONE may live where in Israel where he wants. Ofcourse, if you then don't respect the rules, lock them up.

Because they are trying to be politically correct by dropping pamphlets that they are going to attack..and letting the enemy know what they are going to do.

well considering that here in lebanon we consider israel is the terrorist country bcz of wat it did & is doing to us .bcz of wat it did hizbollah was made with the bliss of all the lebanese . & bcz of wats its doing now ..the love for hizbollah has increased ,& even if the war finishes ..hizbollah can rebuild very fast ..since wat made hizbollah was israel . the same reasons are now for the continuing of hizbollah .some po;oticiens were about to ask hizbollah to give up on its militans but now after the barbarien attack of israel ..they will not .israel has lost once it hit all lebanon .
