You probably have to pay them first for head shots and blah blah. Probably a scam. I wouldn't trust it at all.

Most of those are for "escorts" or porn. Usually nothing exciting or fun...that's why we have agents.

It could be work as "extras" or could be porn. I doubt it's traditional acting roles.
