He, like the Democrats, only cares about the black vote and what he needs to do to pander to the group. The DNC has done nothing to support poor black voters either.

Corruption in the Democratically controlled government of New Orleans culminated in the wake of Katrina. Funds earmarked for levee improvments and maintainence were used to payoff environmental groups and union companies for their support and votes...How can their actions not be proof positive of that party's policy on the value they have for the lives of the poor black residents.
