No, but the bourgeois activities that go along with drinking Chardonnay, like sailing, picnicing and otherwise pursuing your Bon Vivant lifestyle, will definitely expose your skin to more sun, which will cause age spots, particularly on the face.
I suggest switching to a nice Cabernet or Zinfandel. Maybe a Chianti, if you don't want anythng that heavy.
Good luck!

Age spots are not caused by wine at all. it is from sun exposure and the change of melanin in the skin.

Too much sun can cause age spots, especially on the face, neck, and arms. I have age spots and have never drank wine.

I have not heard this nor could I find anything online. Sun causes these spots, because at age 38, I have sun "damage" that has spotted my face.

You should read Laura Jefferson’s book "Skin Whitening At Home" ( I saw it's also available in electronic format +video: http://www.skinwhiteningathome.com ). After 8 weeks I managed to get my skin a few tones whiter and I also got rid of freckles.
The method she teaches in her book is natural, inexpensive, and is readily available in most homes. You could even find some ingredients in your own backyard. The most wonderful thing about the method she shares in her book is that it will help you whiten or lighten your skin pigmentations, freckles, age spots, acne marks, dark underarms, melasma, or your overall skin color easily and naturally without breaking your bank or producing dangerous side effects. Good Luck!
