you dont need validation or approval from anyone but you.
take charge. lead the pack, screw what they they, they should be worried what YOU think.

We all have our opinions. Some are right some are wrong. Do you know whether yours are 100 percent right or 100 percent wrong?
Just because you say something doesn't mean it is the truth and someone knows the truth.
You want to be heard but you refuse to hear.

My Mom always told me that I "marched to the beat of a different drummer", and the older I get the more I realize how true that is. I live my life to please myself, NOT others. It's not that I don't "care" what others think, I often take their opinions under consideration. But, ultimately, it's what I think that matters. If I please myself, then I'm happy with myself, and that self-confidence shows. If others can't accept that, then it's their loss, NOT mine.

I can. Some people have a real problem with what I do and my personality but I just don't care I do what i think is right

it really depends how confident you are ..and how much you
enjoy your company and what you do....sometimes other
people's acceptance becomes very important for us (like in
my case my Boss's) ...but in nutshell we should not care for
too many people as long as your conscience is clear and you
are havin fun!!
