I'd say its the people at microsoft that stole the idea for windows from Apple. PC has always been the dominant platform but before windows 3.1 not everyone knew all the DOS codes to navigate the PC. With windows everyone who knew how to click a mouse was able to navigate somehow or another.

Well, I think that a long time ago APPLE computer created the first personal desktop called the Macintosh. It is just like the one you're on now, except the Macintosh wasn't compatible with anything, so Microsoft (Bill Gates) sbasically stole the idea of the personal computer and made it more compatible with other stuff. i hope this info was helpful! I would have to give credit to the founders of Intel since they first made the small chips to enable the creation of the personal computer. Before then, computers were sometimes the size of rooms.
