They were always more talented than a mere boy band, however, because Morten Haarket was so dishy, all the teenyboppers loved him, therefore other people tended to take them less than seriously, they have produced some classic tunes and videos, however, some of their album tracks were awesome. Looking forward to hearing the new album.

I bought "Analogue" afte hearing their new song, there's one song on the album that's hellish - I can't remember the name of it, but had to stop the car to skip it.
My favourite track from the 80's was "Manhattan Skyline" - Take On Me was awesome too - the video was just fantastic for what they were able to do back then.

If you want an awsome A - Ha track, check out " The Sun Always Shines on T.V" Its probably the second best song they ever did, behind Take on Me

I found some of their stuff on iTunes a while back and it was definitely good, but different from the 2 singles that got them noticed here. Sadly, I don't think the US could ever take them seriously. It's a shame, we're just missing out.

Take on me was their only song of substance.
Even the bond theme tune to Living Daylights was a bit weak.

Not a boyband and they suffered because their lead singer was considered to be a hunk. Take On Me is a classic and the video is one of the best ever.

aha is awesome. they're my favorite 80's pop group, shall we say... Take On Me's video was awesome, and the lead singer should have been the original dude to sing with Olivia Newton John in Grease.

They're still together? I thought they were a one-hit wonder band. I loved "Take On Me" when I was a kid.
