Yes, I do. I have exhibited livestock projects in the past. State fair is one of the biggest shows besides Denver, Louisville, and Kansas City ,and Houston.
I also enjoy the concerts and seeing people from all over the state. :-)

I loved state & county fairs growing up when I lived in California. When I moved to New England, state fairs were entirely different from what I was used to, to the point where I was turned off by a few (too many rednecks, etc). But the best part of course is all the food. The only time of the year that I pig out on all kinds of fried stuff, cinnamon rolls, candy apples, etc. In San Diego, when I was younger, my boy scout troop opened up the county fair with the raising of the flag and the national anthem. That was pretty cool.

I like county fairs better. Never entered any competition - just like walking around checking out the displays and participating in the games.

Yes I do like state fairs. I enjoy seeing all the different people and playing a few games. I don't ride the rides.

I like state fairs. I think they're fun. I take my little brothers and act like a kid again. Um... I had a cotton candy eating contest with a friend of mine once. Does that count?

I love them. Go to it every year with husband and 7 year old. We do only kiddie rides on account of my son. He loves the mini roller coaster. It makes him feel like a grown up. As far as the food is concern, candy apple is it. Anything else is too greasy.

Yea , rides, food, usually run into peeps I know but haven't seen in a while.
