Calmly explain to him that you don't feel comfortable with him hitting on you especially since he is married. Don't yell at him. And make sure you talk to him somewhere nobody can hear. Tell him you like talking to him but Friends wise. Then when his head is bent low make a compliment about him. Like say "If you weren't married.......I would sure go out with you!" and then laugh. The will make him feel better, I am sure. Trust me. You wont regret it.

Keep the emails and send it to his dear loving, innocent wife, hehehe... that should do the trick. You should avoid him also. If he feels that you are comfortable with him talking, he will keep on hitting on you. Give him a dirty finger or something. Shout at his face and tell him he is a F A G!

Sexual Harassment in the work place. Not cool. Show his boss the e-mails. He'll loose his job, and might learn a lesson. Friend or no friend, he's crossing the line and making you uncomfortable. What would his wife think if she new? It's just not cool.

Tell him directly that you enjoy being friends but that you aren't comfortable with the things he's sending you. He'll stop if he's a real friend. Sometimes guys do that without intending to offend, but he may be looking for more than laughs....

tell him that you are going to report him to human resources because that is totally against the rules at work. or maybe you should send him the link or the documents regarding your employee handbook. he shoiuld probably stop then. Good luck. he might be a damn stalker.

Yes, tell him in very clear terms that you don't want to get involved in that way, you only want to be friends. If he can't handle that, and starts harassing you, report him. It's not fair for him to make you uncomfortable in your work environment.

Tell him he needs to keep his penis to to wife. And don't keep accepting them and blowing them off, that's not helping the situation. He's probably thinking you like it if you are not telling him otherwise. Just tell him straight forward that it's making you rather uncomfortable and if he needs to be satisfied to see his wife. If he doesn't get the hint, take it to HR.

Tell him you've always appreciated your friendship, but if he continues to be this suggestive, you can no longer be friends. And if he continues to send you these type of emails, you'll be going straight to HR to let them handle it. That should take care of it. And kudos to you for not going after someone's husband. It's nice to see there's decent people still out there. Good luck!
