Trading Cards: can someone explain what "Redemption Refractor" is/means?

Example: “05-06 Finest Adam Morrison #3 Redemption Refractor”.

A redemption card means that you get a certificate that says you can mail it in to the company and THEN they will send you your card. The ACTUAL card is not included. As for the refractor part, that means it will have a shiny coated thing on it that is not on the normal card. It looks cool, and makes the card worth more money.
