Currently in the United States corporations like Microsoft, Balboa Insurance, IBM, and other huge companies are pulling the strings on social conduct. These companies are run by groups of people who feel that they should be the be all and end all of society and that the average every day citizen is best controlled by company dictates. Many of you know all the legalese shoved down your throats when going for a job with a company. The legalese dictates what you can and can not say, how to behave, and even implies personal conduct when at home. How do we stop the corporate vultures from being dictators?

The problem is far wider than even your question. The issue is not just large companies but ALL special interest groups. If a representative government, such as ours, we should all have equal access to our elected officials. Currently this is not the case PACs and special interest ( both liberal and conservative)groups are setting policy.

Under the current administration and Congress, I do feel like I'm living under a Fascist controlled government. Thank God for alternative news sources ( i.e. the kind Democracy Now's Amy Goodman provides.) The only solution, in my mind, is term limits for our elected officials. It may give them less time to become corrupt and a corporate mouthpiece.

They are not dictators, and you're 1st Amendment rights are not being taken away.

Employeers have the right to expect employees to work for their benefit, and to represent the company in a positive fashion.

As an employee, you have the right not to work for them. If you don't like one employer, work for someone else. If you don't like any employers, start your own company. That's what freedom is all about.
