(1) you have time - don't waste it
(2) you can think - be imaginative, use it for something worthwhile
(3) you have access to the internet, Yahoo etc - learn something of value
(4) you are lonely - find someone to talk to, not use MSN or Y!Answer
(5) take a walk outside - enjoy the life you have.
