The character Jill Masterson was with James Bond in a hotel room in Miami when he was knocked out by that villain Oddjob.She must have seen him come towards her.Why do you think she didn't try to run or struggle with him to avoid being painted gold?

He probablly caught her, knocked her out with ether, and painted her up after she was out cold.
