No, I know this girl who is and she celebrates her birthday every March 1 unless it is a leap year. Plus she told me that when she hits her 21, she will party for two days. It's time to get drunk!!! jk

yeah it would be but my friend had her baby on the 29th so now they celebrate his birthday a day before but even on the day after he gets presents. So I guess its good.
