PMS is actually a serious medical condition that very few women actually have. But now-a-days this saying is thrown around like it's no big deal.

Signs for me is tenderness in the breasts, tiredness (lack of iron) and bloatedness in my stomach, but in the lower area, my face breaks out, sometimes depression and stress. The cramps do pass away but sometimes it hurts a lot. I've had my period every month since I was 12 and now I'm 25 years old. I can always tell when I'm about to start.
