Ok, first of all its USPS.com, not .org. As far as what can't be sent I'd download "Notice 128" (its a .pdf file) from the USPS website because that lists all kinds of hazardous, and potentially dangerous things, and why they can't be mailed, and if they can how they have to be labeled.
