need to lose fat and tighten up around my stomach before my holiday in late september.im a massive sports fan and very active but never do sit ups

sit up and join the gym walk for a hour at night good luck also eat 3 meals a day and nothing after 8pm

Buy a newish car- most of them have ABS now - and it's pretty good. Some cars come with anti skid control!

just do them first thing in morning and last thing at night do 50 little ones each day and youl soon begin to feel it,get out of bed and lie on the floor

its a mixture of things. first off make sure you eat healthily. then do some cardio such as running, swimming, or cycling or even all of them. then i would suggest that you do ab workouts to get a toned tummy. well good luck!!

Try steroids and some gym time its fast and easy then . .. . .
