it only happens when i walk for a while, like i went to walmart andtwo days later to the zoo with my 2 year old and you would not believe how much pressure ther was. Like my son felt like he was gonna bust out right then and there. I dont think it is dropping because my son is still so high in my rib cage on my right side but i carried my daughter very low and never felt that before. What do you think it might be and does it sound bad? Should i continue to walk? Im going to the doctors on the 1 of august so i will sak him too but just wondering for now? thank you!!

Asking the dr. is the obvious answer huh? Well the weird thing I also have been pregnant with a girl first then a boy and my girl carried way low and I felt no pressure with her, but with my son i had contractions all the time and i had this weird belly button pain and he was way up high, i didn't notice that i dropped with him at all i just started feeling pressure for about a week then i went to the doctor after work on October 20th...i was 4 centimeters dilated and i had him later that day! So maybe cross your fingers the whole process is starting...btw i am SO sorry you are that pregnant in the middle of summer!!!! Been there!!

I am 34 1/2 weeks and have had a similar feeling for a while now too, it increases when I am up and doing things for a long time. My doctor said it is just from the baby's position it puts pressure on the pelvic area and causes discomfort, he recommended that I sit down and rest and drink plenty of fluids and it should make it a bit more comfortable. I really don't remember my son (now 3 1/2) making me this uncomfortable...maybe I just forgot! I bet you are getting as anxious as I am for the next few weeks to go by quickly!

I think that you may be doing too much. I know at the end of my second pregnancy I felt the same thing at the end of a long day of appliance shopping. I was really worried that I might go into labor right then and there (I was 38 wks). But I didn't. I slowed up a bit over the next weeks and gave birth nearly a month later. Talk to your doctor at your next OB visit though, but I wouldn't worry.

i felt exactly like that when i was pregnant with my son....it felt like he was just gonna fall out there was so much pressure...and walking made it worse.....i felt like that maybe a week and a half before i had my son....i just tried to keep myself from doing too much....i tried not to walk more than a half hour at a time without taking atleast a 10 min break (my feet hurt too lol)....so if i were you i would just try to take it easy and enjoy what you have left of your pregnancy...ask your doc about it on your next appointment but until then just take it easy and relax

That is normal. Its just your baby getting ready. Think about everything you got going on in there, its bound to put pressure on something! I had horrible pressure like that with my first. Dont overdo on the walking! Just have the doctor check you! And congrats on the baby!

Your baby may have dropped some or it could just be pressure from being pregnant. Your baby is probably pressing down on other stuff.

It's your body's way of telling you that you're doing too much. Talk to your doctor.
The same thing happened to me, and they told me to stop for a while, and then resume exercising at an easier pace, fewer miles.
