AVOID THIS GUY LIKE THE PLAGUE! If it doesn't work and you feel like he is 'stalking' you, you NEED to take legal action!

First of all, DON'T feel bad about lying about your age - he found out you were only 14 and he STILL wants to be with you?? Something is WRONG with him and he is probably a PEDOPHILE!!! He could be DANGEROUS! Read the news stories about young girls who get in too deep with older men - sometimes they wind up raped, or dead!

You are only 14 but don't be NAIVE!! This guy is old enough to know that bothering you is breaking the law! Don't be afraid to get him in trouble - he is in the wrong!!!

ABOUT YOUR EXTRA NOTE: HE IS CALLING YOU 'CHILDISH' AS A WAY TO MANIPULATE YOU INTO FEELING BAD AND DOING WHAT HE WANTS. DON'T BELIEVE HIM!!! HE IS A GROWN MAN AND MEN WHO WANT TO BE AROUND YOUNG GIRLS ARE PEOPLE WHO WANT TOTAL CONTROL - BE CAREFUL AND DON'T BELIEVE A WORD HE SAYS!!!

Sounds like you may be in a stalker type of situation. If he does not leave you alone get a restraining order. If he violates it he can go to jail. Be careful some stalkers turn violent. And from now on don't lie about your age. Take this as a lesson.

I don't think the fact that you originally lied about your age is important.
The important thing is that you've told him how old you really are and he's still not leaving you alone after many requests to do so.

Go to your parents. If they can't get him to stop, then go to the police.

1) You can tell your parents and let them help you handle it or 2) you can warn him one more time and then go to your towns clerk of court and take out a restraining order if he will not leave you alone. Most states now have anti-stalking laws.
