If it is true why do you have to pay for the kit on the internet? And is it true that you could get money just for being a single mom? What's the catch nothing ever comes this easy.

The part about buying a house is definitely not true. You could qualify for subsidized low-interest loans through Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), but you still have to pay it back.

As to being a single mom, you should check with your local Social Services office. There may be assistance programs for low-income single parents.
