I think it would be more accurate to say that people are expressing more of their true natures.
Hardly anybody is on the opposite polar ends of the feminine/masculine spectrum. We're each somewhere along the way in between.

The statement assumes facts that are not in evidence.
There is no psychological data to represent women becoming more masculine. This is instead a sociological phenomenon, where women seek to emulate males for a higher position in the work force.
Gender confusion is not caused by this, but rather is alleviated by it. Blurring the lines between a concretely defined gender identity makes it easier for those who don't fit into theirs.

Yep, - it's called gender confusion, and it's not good for society as a whole.
It's started with the feminist movement and then with the sensitive male aka Alan Alda syndrome, back in the 1970's.
Nobody wants "oppression", but for God sakes, - do I hold the door open or what !!??

The gender lines are blurring
The positive could well be we each seek first to be ourself and utilize our gifts/skills rather than forcing them into a cookie cutter gender role assigned us by culture

If the beginning of your statement is true . . . and I won't dispute it seeing some of the women I have and they could kick my **** for saying this . . . the later half of your statement stands to be true with the theory of evolution.

Certainly those metrosexuals are sort of feminine, I'm not sure that it is for the good.

I think as men age they become more sensitive, but this doesn't mean they lose their mojo. It just means they've matured.
