Lately i have installed a lot of games . Many of them use patches and cracks. I presume this could be the issue but also i download a lot from the net. I have run Norton anti virus and also registry cleaner. Both came out clean.

if spyware and virus scans show nothing, your processor fan and other fans are probably dirty.

Shut down the PC, buy a can of compressed air and spray out all the fans. Try to hold your fingertip on the fans when you do this, as the incorrect speed caused by blowing forced air into the fans can overheat the bearings and offset the fan.

works for me 95% of the time. Just be sure to hold that air can upright, as it will blow out moisture and destroy electronics if you turn it upside down or to the side.

Because its a PC clone. Try a Mac, they rarely need restarting ( i have needed to reboot about 3-4 times in 2 years.)
