probably Indians. Yamaha needs to make a profit to survive and the economy cannot support too many manufacturers at present, not at the present state of indian economy. As far as I'm aware, there are still many areas relying on peasant economy/subsistence farming. They need a certain volume to break even and then more to make a profit, if the money isnt there they probably cant afford to subsidise every sale until things get better
