If you normally eat healthy and have junk cravings once in awhile than go for it.
I get those cravings once in a while too. I had one last week and it was Arby's.

I have a better idea: Go to Hardee's instead, and be sure you ask for a whole wheat bun for your sandwich. Hardee's is the only fast food place that have whole wheat buns for their burgers, but you have to be sure to ask for them.
