I'm not sure what would be suggesting that a 3rd World War is starting. There is little chance that the current conflicts (Iraq and Lebanon) will somehow become a global conflict. Most of the uninvolved countries in the region have no incentive to get involved (directly). Iran enjoys seeing us suffer in Iraq and can wind up Hezbollah and send it to hit Israel from time to time. Syria is similar and is unlikely to get its hands dirty directly. Meanwhile the other Arab nations want no part of a direct conflict. Europe and Asia also have no motivation to jump in to any conflict. The world generally likes to shake their finger at people fighting, but if it doesn't involve them, there's little incentive to get involved.
Was this brought on by the current president? Factually, yes. He did invade Iraq and Afghanistan which has inflamed Muslims and those in the middle-east who dislike external meddling (who does like external meddling? Would we?). And as it appears that there was really no reason to invade Iraq beyond bad foreign policy of the president, it's hard to place blame anywhere else.
What would Clinton have done is a silly question. He did act when needed and would likely have been (worst case) as bad as Bush, but clearly no worse.

No..Bush is not waging WWIII...the world is. Do you seriously believe that Bush could manage that on his own? Bush didn't start the religious war between Sunni's and Shiites. Bush didn't start the war between Jews and Islam, so on and so on. Do you think he has lived forever and is the Devil incarnate? Of course not. He is just a politician. I don't condone a lot of things he stands for but he is not a Hitler, Mussolini, or Stalin. Nor is he a North Korean nutcase that wants to shoot off nuke weapons at the world. I had a nephew in Iraq and he saw firsthand that we needed to be there. It makes me angry that some of you people are so narrow minded that you can't see out of your own little cacoon. Read up on things and broaden your scope..PLEASE.

The wars are between Muslims, and Arabs and Israelis. It does NOT appear that a third world war is starting, that's just wishful thinking among apocryphal Christians.
Those people have been warring since at least the time of the President's birth . You are misguided, or mistaken about his role there.

No.
If anyone started WWIII, the terrorist pigs have.
Now the mighty *wink wink* U.N. is calling this a Humanitarian Crisis now and Israel is to blame.
When the terrorists stop hiding behind civilians and start resembling Humans, then we can talk about being civil with them.
