she sits in a position where people can see up her skirt (sometimes she wears something underneath but most of the time she doesn't) and i can see some of the guys staring at her in class.
how do i tell her?!!! i can't just say: "hey i can see up your skirt"

Try telling when there's nobody around her but if she's not listening then she's definitely looking for attention

Yes, a friend would tell another friend about
guys are staring at her when she wears a
skirt. One way that may be helpful if your
feeling uncomformable is just check with
your school councellor on some suggestions
on the why she is doing this for attention.
How you can point this out without
hurting her feeling and or inspire her to
feel better about herself.

Why not? That's what I would say. Probably something like, "Did you know that the guys in class spend their time looking up your skirt?"
If it were me, I would want to know.

If she is one of your best friends why can't you just tell her that people can see up her skirts? Say... I saw so and so looking up your skirt!

She might be doing it on purpose. Tell her to wear some underwear, I doubt the people who sit on that chair after her appreciate her dripping things all over it.

sounds like she is desperate for attention, id just say hey, ya know, i can see up your skirt! keep it simple-

maybe you could make it into a joke like "hey! shut your legs missy!" it shouldn't be hard if she is your friend. and im sure she will be more pleased than angry. i mean, i would totally want someone to tell me if i was flashing the class!

i think that you should be like hey i can see right up your skirt. and if she fixes it then you'll be good to go and if she doesnt then you'll no she's just doing it on purpose.

She knows what she is doing. She is a tease. If for some reason you don't think she knows what is going on, take her picture with your cell phone camera and show it to her.
