ive had this brown spot on y face after having a pimple for almost three months now...ive applied benzoyl peroxide on it to try its effectiveness but my pimple seem to leave this brown spots...is the brown spots cause by benzoyl peroxide?How ca i get rid of my brown spots?

Simple.
Go to a dermatologist and ask for Retin-a (its a light acidic formula) that slowly gives you a new dermis by removing the skin off of your face or where ever you use it.
Also, you can just go to WALGREENS or someplace like that and ask for something with 4% Hydroquinine solution in it (usually a cream) and this slowly removes brown spots such as "the mask of pregnancy", "liver spots", "age spots", etcs. just use according to the label.

Try vit E, squeeze it out of the capsule. It is a healer and will diminish scar tissue.
Eat cucumbers or better yet juice them. Great for all skin conditions.
