I actually don't really like cats..but I really haven't heard of any etiquette when it comes to cat..The best thing though is to have the cat properly groomed and not in the food of other people...lol

It is totally unacceptable to dress a cat!!! What has the poor pet done wrong? Get serious, it's an animal, not a toy!!!

Your cat may already be plotting your demise if you have dressed her up before. Beware, of any stray items being placed casually in front of the stairway.
