I just came back from Negril and have to agree w/the other posters. While it was beautiful on the coast and nice to visit. To live and work there especially as an immigrant would not be easy. There is severe poverty in the country, and living conditions are below standard. Jamaican's are very nice, but also very pushy and aggresive when it comes to money. There is not enough of it in the island and not enough jobs to provide.
Most smaller countries frown on foriengers coming in and taking the few jobs that are there from locals.

You can go either as a visitor, student or worker. You probably need a Visa for all of the above cases as Turkey is not part of the Commonwealth.

The closest High Commission to you is in London. I have attached the link...

Why do you want to immigrate to Jamaica?
The capital Kingston is dangerous.
The cost of living is expensive.
First, I would contact the nearest Jamaican Embassy to you.

Unless you're going to spend time living in a hotel,I suggest you don't do it.But if you are, however, still wanting to live there please be careful.

Very VERY careful.
