b. get a dog
c. if you are allergic to dogs, put dog urine in yard tomark territory
d. move
e. get a sniper
f. tell the cat owners
g. put out a warrant for their arrest

First tell all of your neighbors you are having a problem with stray cats in your garden.
Politely inform them they you are considering letting animal control trap them.
Call your local animal control people. They will come out and trap them & take them to the shelter.

Make sure that you don't put scrapes in the yard and if you like dogs ,then get a couple...

Spray the perimeter with amonia or bleach. Do it every so often. After awhile, they will stop coming into your yard.

cayenne pepper. If they're using your yard as a bathroom, spread the cayenne pepper in that area. They'll stop really quick.

put out sulphur powder along the edge of your property or the stores sell a spray to keep animals away

go the the dog pound...buy about 4 or 5 dogs...take them home...and your cat problem will be solved.:D
