People do this in every day life and just because she was the pop princess, people attack her for it. What people don't realize is that she had to work her way to the top. People like her sister and Kate Hudson don't have to work their way. They already had someone famous to help them. Of course they are their own independant selves, but it was a big help to get them famous. Britney worked from the bottom. She had no money, family falling apart, and she still found the courage and strength to pursue what made her happy in life!! She was a great role model for many years for young girls all over the world! Just because she is now married and makes a few mistakes doesn't mean that she isn't a good person. Shes all grown up now and living her own life. Most people don't realize what she has to go through every day. So I'm with you, I wish people would lay off!

People love to hate on people they think "they know ALL about". It just makes them feel better about themselves I guess. I really do not know......I just think people do it because she's an easy target. She is probably just overexposed in the media. She has made mistakes but the most costly one is her driving with her child in her lap. that is illegal in most states and a person can be brought up on child maltreatment/misconduct/neglect charges. but to answer your questions...I think people are just haten the fact that she married Kevin Ferderline, who is considered white trash in the rich high society world of Hollywood....

Because of the media. They paint her to be that kind of person, and people believe what they read. I think she gets a bad rap though, and is probably a really nice person.
