because she scratched my new car in the car port. anyway, i saw her hit her kid- like aged four- really hard out by the pool, and also, she leaves them alone- theres like a baby, a toddler, and the four year old as well- in the apartment, with the door deadbolted, while she goes acroos the complex and drinks herslef silly and smokes cigarettes outside too, while her kids are inside, locked in. are these thigns that i can like, report her for? or at least get the kids in a safer home?

oh and my husband says i shouldnt report her, because everyone knows i dont like her for scratching my car and theyll think i am making it up to get back at her- but im not, like five other people wanna call on her too and saaw her hit her kid, but this guy that used to be a social worker says foster homes are worse so dont call for the kids sake. what kinda crap is that?

you need to report her butt!!! I am a foster Mother and never never is a child treated like that in my home. ohhh that really gets to me.

My question is why do you want to call on her now? Is the abuse these kids are enduring worse now than before? Why didn't you calll earlier?
Anyone who sits by and lets these things happen is part of the problem! You and your husband, and your friend and the other people are ALL responsible for the abuse these kids are suffering! You are even worse than the person doing it, because you KNOW it is wrong and you have done nothing. I think you should all be arrested and locked up for what those poor kids have endured!
Call the services right now, and then go and appologize to those poor little kids for aiding and abbetting their abuse. Let them know that you knew about this, but didn't care enough to stop it,until their mother did something to YOU. Before that they were just little kids, but now you have found a way to make them useful to you. Then don't feel good about what you did, feel bad for all the time you left them there being abused!

I think that you should call child protection services if you truly believe that the kids are in danger. It might be in your best interest to get some proof...pictures always work. This way, if she tries to say that you're just doing it in retaliation, you'll have something to back up your statements. Her kids sound very young, and they aren't exactly "credible" witnesses. It sounds like you live in an apartment complex. If so, maybe try mentioning something to the landlord. I don not get along with my next door neighbor either. I've caught them stealing my mail among other things. She also leaves her young children home alone. Of course I do not have proof of this so when I told my landlord and she confronted my neighbor, she denied it. So again I say...get proof...and then call whoever you need to call.

get together as a group with your neighbors that care about these kids and call CPS-Child Protective Services. Move if you are that worried about retaliation from this woman. Call Dr. Laura to see what she says.

Oh yeah you sure can report her neglecting her children who are to small to take care of themselfs God forbid they get into things like house cleaners sharp objects that they think are toys kids can even start fires so yeah report her!

well if it is as you describe, It is best and wise to call your child protective services and report these details to them. She may hate you, but you would be doing a great service to her kids.
or will you like so many others wait until it is too late and someone gets hurt bad./

Well u can report her to children services and also call 911 they will handle it themselves.. but u must do it b4 is to late...if u really care for them...i now i will do it in a heart beat..

Report her . . . but say NOTHING to anyone that you did. Don't tell your husband. I'm serious. TELL NO ONE! That way, no one will know and no one can accuse you of doing this when they come in and haul those kids away.
